Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life - at Dove Barn we have tried to create a bright and airy space that offers you the chance to put your own personal style on the day.

Dove Barn can cater for wedding receptions and civil ceremonies for up to 150 people. With two large inter-connecting barns and a sheltered terrace area the venue offers the flexibility you need to make your wedding day truly unique.

Although styled around the traditional timber framed barn the decoration is light and modern, making it exceptional amongst barns in South Suffolk.

Our aim is to offer the bride and groom a venue that is both intimate and personal so you and your guests can enjoy a truly memorable day.

Facts and facilities

We only hold one wedding per weekend - your rental period gives you access to the barn on the day before and the day after the wedding.
Dove Barn is licensed to undertake civil ceremonies.
Dove Barn is licensed to sell alcohol and can provide a pay bar service should it be required.
We do not charge corkage on drinks you provide yourself.
The White Space has a sprung hard wood dance floor.
All barns are fully heated.
Dove Barn adjoins Castlings Hall, an historic sixteenth century manor house. Its mature gardens & orchards provide many opportunities for the bridal party to be photographed in beautiful surroundings.
We do not do the catering ourselves but can recommend excellent local caterers who can provide high qulaity menus to suit all tastes and budgets.
We can also recommend excellent suppliers of all wedding services - from photographers to chocolate fountains, and ice sculptures to limousines.
Dove Barn is close to many places to stay - from B&B to country house hotel (see our suppliers page).
There is ample free car parking available in the farm yard area
